Built by an operator, not an agency

Most SEO consultancies are built by people who have only ever worked inside agencies. They understand search engines. They do not always understand what it feels like to check your enquiry inbox on a Monday morning and wonder where the work is.

Rob ran a multi-venue dance school business for over two decades. He built the systems, managed the marketing, handled the finances, and learned firsthand what it means to rely on a website that either works or does not. That experience shaped a different kind of consultancy: one that measures outcomes, not activity.
